Background
Energy Advance is a triple ISO-accredited Australian energy consultancy delivering NatHERS ratings, Section J reports, NABERS ratings, and air tightness testing nationwide. The company had grown fast — but their training process hadn’t kept pace.

The challenge
New assessors took 12+ weeks to reach independent productivity. Onboarding was informal — shadowing, PDFs, and trial-and-error on proprietary RPA tools. Inconsistencies between assessors were becoming a quality risk, and documenting training for triple ISO audits (9001, 14001, 45001) was entirely manual.

We built an interactive onboarding program that walks new assessors through everything they need before their first day on site — from company orientation and procedures to team structure and workplace policies.
