Every project gets a fixed-scope quote after the discovery call no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Per-module pricing ranges from $3,000 to $9,000 depending on interactivity, complexity, and media. Most modules run 20 to 60 minutes of finished content. A typical engagement is 3 to 10 modules, but we’ve built programs as small as one module and as large as 50+. Your scope is defined before we start and protected throughout you’ll never be invoiced for work you didn’t approve. We’ll walk you through exactly what’s included before you commit to anything. To put the number in perspective: a $7,000 module delivered to 500 learners costs $14 per person less than a single month of most off-the-shelf content subscriptions, but built specifically for your organisation.
We invoice on a milestone basis never all upfront, never hourly. A 30% deposit is due at signing to secure your team and start discovery. The remaining 70% is split across three milestones: 30% at storyboard approval, 30% at prototype approval, and 10% at final delivery. Standard payment terms are Net 30. For enterprise clients with purchase order workflows, quarterly billing cycles, or custom net terms, we’re happy to accommodate just raise it during our scoping call and we’ll build it into the agreement.
Project data employee information, process documentation, proprietary content is stored in encrypted, access-controlled environments and accessible only to your assigned team. We retain project files for 90 days after delivery, then archive or delete on request. We sign NDAs before any confidential information is exchanged, and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) or Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for any engagement involving regulated data (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA). We permanently delete all copies upon written request and confirm in writing within 5 business days. If your procurement team needs a completed vendor security questionnaire or a data flow diagram, we provide both.
Yes. Every deliverable is built and tested to WCAG 2.1 Level AA not just designed to meet it. We test at three stages: automated tools during development, manual keyboard navigation during QA, and screen reader testing (NVDA and VoiceOver) before delivery. We provide a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) and an accessibility conformance report for any deliverable on request. If your organization requires Section 508 compliance or has a specific internal accessibility policy, define it during discovery and we build to those specifications from day one.
Two rounds of consolidated feedback are included at each milestone storyboard, prototype, and final delivery. A revision is any refinement within the agreed scope. A scope change is anything that adds to, removes from, or substantially alters the agreed deliverables new modules, platform changes, added languages, format changes. Scope changes trigger a written change order with the impact on timeline and cost documented before any work proceeds. No additional charges without a signed change order. Additional revision rounds beyond the two included per milestone are billed at the rate defined in your project agreement.
You do fully, upon final payment. We assign all rights, title, and interest in the custom deliverables we build for you: modules, storyboards, scripts, assessments, instructional content. No ongoing license fees, no usage restrictions. We retain ownership of our underlying frameworks and code libraries, but you receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them as embedded in your deliverables. If your legal team requires explicit work-for-hire language in the contract, we accommodate that just raise it during scoping.
