Medvantage Elite is a medical device sales certification program created by Dr. Joe DeAngelis and industry SME Kevin Mathews. The founders had deep expertise and a clear curriculum vision, but no eLearning infrastructure to deliver it.

The certification content existed only as SME scripts and outlines. It covered the full scope of medical device sales readiness — from healthcare system fundamentals and industry landscape to cross-functional dynamics and career-entry strategy — but without interactive, self-paced delivery, the program couldn’t scale beyond live sessions or reach career changers preparing independently.

Our approach
Starting from Mathews’ SME-provided scripts, we built a structured, self-paced certification path. The curriculum builds progressively — from healthcare system fundamentals through the medical device landscape and cross-functional sales dynamics to career-entry strategy. Each stage uses layered interactions that require learners to engage, not click through. Assessments with an 80% mastery threshold gate progression so candidates prove comprehension before advancing.
