Client project data

This Privacy Policy addresses data collected through our website. When you engage us for a project, a separate set of obligations applies to the organizational data you share with us during the engagement — including employee information, performance data, proprietary processes, and any regulated content.

Project data is used solely to design, develop, and deliver the training program defined in your project agreement. We do not use client project data for any other purpose, including marketing, research, or product development.

Project files are retained for 90 days after final delivery, then archived in encrypted storage. We permanently delete all copies upon written request and confirm deletion in writing within 5 business days.

Engagements involving personal data subject to GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, PIPEDA, or other data protection regulations are governed by a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed before any regulated data is shared. We accept your organization’s template or provide ours.
